Part 1 Bus tour style workshop: “The most recent eco-initiatives in the Shonai area – fieldwork”
Part 2 Lecture: “Learning from Swedish ecomunicipalities
Syftet dem dagen är;
To make at significant impact in the Shonai area and to make people understand that sustainablity is good business. That to deal with environmental problems in not just something that will stop economic development. Also to show that democracy contributes to the local economy. The organizer is hoping that this event will become a turning point for Tsuruoka, even for Japan.
